No saving - No fee

Rateable Value Limited will refund you their fee should you fail to qualify for a rates void period on your property due to participating in the service offered by rateablevalue.co.uk only. The amount refunded to you would be the total amount you paid Rateable Value Limited, less the amount they paid to the rating authority. This amount paid to the rating authority may vary slightly from the initial figure Rateable Value Limited present you with and a further payment may be requested if the value for the empty property business rates is more than Rateable Value Limited had charged you for. If the amount Rateable Value Limited charge you for the rates ends up being more than the actual amount they pay to the rating authority then any excess amount will be made payable to Rateable Value Limited. If you participate in a successful deal with us at rateablevalue.co.uk and you receive your rates void period on your property we shall claim our fee.

We will also claim our fee if any of the following should occur:

  1. You as the customer should happen to find a new tenant for the property, resulting in us having to vacate the property and terminate the deal.
  2. You as the customer were to request us to vacate the property for any reason, resulting in us having to terminate the deal.
  3. If you as the landlord of the property partaking in the deal failed to receive your rates void period off the rating authority because your property was not empty. We clearly state that your property needs to be empty throughout the duration of this service in order for it to be a success. In this event, we would terminate the deal with you and take our fee.
